-Below Ground or Slab Leak Detection 

-Well Drilling, Well Maintenance, Repair, Design, and Install

-Electrical Repair and Diagnosis

-Carpentry 

-Floor, Wall, and Ceiling Repair

Trip Fee - (Charged at Arrival) fee covers up to 60 miles one way.

Diagnosis / Evaluation Fee - (Charged at Arrival) only covers accessible inspections or diagnosis. 

Estimation - (New Construction / Total Overhaul) (Charged If We Are Not Hired, and Not A Retainer Fee)

Consumables Fee (Charged at Arrival)

None of the Above Prices Include Any Labor

Trip Fee Does Not Include a Diagnosis, Estimate, or the Consumables Fee

Any Crawl Space Requiring Exposure to Insulation, Live or Preexisting Sewage, Water, Etc. A hazardous exposure charge will applied to the total.
