UPLLC is always ready to tackle all of your service plumbing issues in regards to inspection, diagnosis,  permitting, general and advanced maintenance/repair/replacement, and testing. 

TASKS AND JOBS THAT WE DO NOT DO:

-Septic Tank Pumping , Septic System Maintenance, Repair, Design, and Install

-Below Ground or Slab Leak Detection 

-Well Drilling, Well Maintenance and Well Pump Repair, Design, and Install

-Electrical Repair and Diagnosis

-Carpentry 

-Floor, Wall, and Ceiling Repair

Our trip fee is $100.00, which covers up to 67 minutes one way. This amount does not cover any form of diagnosis, evaluation, or estimation fee(s). The above amount is solely for the price to get a more often than not, prepared service technician, to the client and their door, from our office. This amount can be collected on the phone or preferably face to face at arrival. Also the cost listed for this fee does not include sales tax, or merchant processing fee. 

This service includes an industry standard, fair, more often than not, correct diagnosis/evaluation from our employed plumber(s). The amount listed below will be billed at arrival to the client and their home or business in addition to the above trip fee, but in the world of service plumbing sometimes a first diagnosis or evaluation is not always a guaranteed solution.

A consumables fee in the amount of the following, listed below will be billed to all clients at our arrival, regardless of being hired to complete the work or not. In addition to the trip fee and diagnosis/evaluation fee. No diagnosis shall take place without the PPE and consumables fee being applied to the total.

In the case of an estimation request taking place for a larger job or later date job. The above described fee(s) will be billed at arrival to the initial consolation. That scenario situation requires that we bill the client prior to accepting the work order, and an additional 35% of the estimated job total is to be paid to retain our services. That 35% of the estimated total will not include the above listed fees.
