TASKS AND JOBS THAT WE DO NOT DO:

-Septic Tank Pumping , Septic System Maintenance, Repair, Design, and Install

-Below Ground or Slab Leak Detection 

-Well Drilling, Well Maintenance, Repair, Design, and Install

-Electrical Repair and Diagnosis

-Carpentry 

-Floor, Wall, and Ceiling Repair

Trip Fee - (Charged at Arrival or Over the Phone) fee covers up to 60 miles one way.

Diagnosis / Evaluation Fee - (Charged at Arrival or Once the Job is Complete) only covers accessible inspections or diagnosis. 

Estimation - (New Construction / Total Overhaul) (Charged If We Are Not Hired, and Not A Retainer Fee)

Consumables Fee (Charged at Arrival or at the Completion of the Job)

None of the Above Prices Include Any Labor 

These Prices DO NOT Include Tax or Merchant Processing Fees

Any Crawl Space Requiring Exposure to Insulation, Live or Preexisting Sewage, Water, Etc. A hazardous exposure charge will applied to the total.
