Initial Call Fee

Clients that have a service completed by us will have an affordable fee of $75.00 that will be applied to the total service bill, at the end of the job. This fee is waived if the total service bill exceeds $1,200.00 without tax included. 

Our dispatch fee starts at $150.00 to cover the first 30 minutes of travel from our office. For any additional time after 30 minutes one way, the amount of $12.00 will be billed at the start of every six minute increment. This amount is billed regardless of being hired or not. 

For jobs that are located past one hour of drive time the billing per six minute increment will be billed at the standard rate of $21.00. This is usually only billed due to traffic scenarios. 

For jobs that are scheduled to be completed or started on a later date than when the initial dispatch, inspection, and diagnosis takes place. An additional dispatch fee of the same amount as the original dispatch will be applied. Multi-day jobs will have a dispatch applied to each day of work. 

For jobs requiring a professional diagnosis prior to an install, repair, or maintenance. An affordable fee of $75.00 will be applied to the service total at the completion of the job. This fee is waived if the service bill exceeds $1,800.00 without tax included. 

All jobs regardless of the task at hand will have an affordable consumables fee added to the total in the amount of $90.00. PPE and clean up materials are important for the health and safety of our technicians. This fee can be waived if the service bill exceeds $2,400.00 without tax included. 

Any job involving a request for an estimate the amount of $150.00 will be applied to the job total. This is a separate charge from the standard labor rate. This covers the time it takes to do material research, pricing, time estimation, and labor pricing. This fee is waived if the service bill total exceeds $3,600.00.

When we as a company give an estimate that price is just that, an estimate. We try our hardest to keep the price affordable, and we try hard to be quick. Above all else though, we strive for quality and detail before quantity. We always try to keep our invoice price as close to the estimate as possible. 

Regardless of how big or small, how complex or how simple the plumbing task at hand is. The on site time labor minimum of one hour will be added to the service total. That amount will be $210.00. 

Once the one hour labor minimum has been completed. We bill at the start of every six minute increment at the rate of $21.00. 

As an honest business that is attempting to keep the customers cost(s) down first and foremost. We as a company will recommend and complete the most affordable diagnosis option first. As much as we try we can never give an an absolute guarantee that the initial diagnosis and repair will fix the entire problem. 

We try very hard to keep all the proper job supplies and materials on our service vehicles, but there are so many products out there these days a vehicle can get overloaded quickly. The time it takes to go to a supply house is billable at our full company labor rate $210.00 per hour or $21.00 per service increment.  

Extended hours are available from 6 am - 8 am and 5 pm - 8 pm. Overtime is expensive, and no less than one full extended service hour will be applied to the total, regardless of job length. $315.00 per extended hour, or $31.50 per service increment. 

If a job starts before 5 PM, but continues after closing time, at 5 PM the labor rate for the job will be increased to the extended hours rate. $315.00 will be applied to the service total per hour and a minimum of 1 hour will be billed. $31.50 per service increment. 

All credit and debit card payments will receive an additional 4% merchant processing fee applied to the overall tax included total. 

Our lowest service ticket is going to total a minimum of $600.00-$660.00 (depending on client location), plus materials (to be determined), advanced equipment usage, taxes (varies due to county), and if used a credit card fee of 4%. The above listed amount service time total is 90-120 minutes (drive time included). 

If a date and time are set for an appointment and that appointment is rescheduled an additional fee will be added to the bill total in the amount of $150.00. It costs us money to advertise and to book up our schedule, then not be able to accept more work from other clients with a current client that cancels on us. 

If a date and time are set for an appointment and that appointment is cancelled the client will receive a $150.00 bill via mail. It costs us money to advertise and to book up our schedule, then not be able to accept more work from other clients with a current client that cancels on us. 

If the price of an emergency task increases to a level that exceeds the customers budget, and the job is stopped by the customers choosing. We as a company will discontinue service regardless of the current status of the job at hand. The balance up to that point will be paid. 

All phone calls, emails, and texts with clients are kept on file. 

Technicians do regularly take pictures and videos of all work completed as well as the job site and its surrounding areas before, during, and after services. 

Interactions with clients in person are regularly video and audio recorded and kept on file.
