Our dispatch starting rate is $150.00 to cover up to a minimum billable range of 30 minutes of travel from our office. For any additional travel time after 30 minutes one way, the amount of $12.00 will be billed at the start of every six minute increment. The above amount is billed regardless of being hired or not.
For jobs that are scheduled to be completed or started on a later date than when the initial dispatch, inspection, and diagnosis takes place. An additional dispatch fee of the same amount as the original dispatch fee will be applied to the service total. Multi-day jobs will have a dispatch applied to each day of work.
All jobs require an initial inspection or diagnosis for anreplacement, repair, or maintenance taking place. An affordable fee of $150.00 will be applied to the service total at the completion of the job. This fee will be waived if the total dispatch, labor, consumables, and material costs exceed $1,200.00 without tax.
All jobs regardless of the task at hand will have an affordable consumables fee added to the total in the amount of $90.00. PPE and clean up materials are important for the health and safety of our technicians. This fee will be waived if the total dispatch, labor, and material costs exceed $2,400.00 without tax.
Any job involving an initial estimate the amount of $210.00 will be applied to the total. This covers the time it takes to do material research, pricing, time estimation, and labor pricing. This fee will be waived if the cost of dispatch, labor, and materials exceed $3,600.00.
When we as a company give an estimate that price is just that, an estimate. We try our hardest to keep the price affordable and in line with the original estimate. We can not provide an estimate pricing guarantee though. We do not do estimates over the phone.
Regardless of how big or small, how complex or how simple the plumbing task at hand is. The on site time labor minimum of one hour will be added to the service total. This is not included in the dispatch, diagnosis, or consumables fee.
Once the one hour labor minimum has been completed. We bill at the start of every six minute increment.
As an honest business that is attempting to keep the customers costs down first and foremost. We as a company will recommend and if approved will complete the most affordable diagnosis option first. As much as we try we can never give a guarantee that the initial diagnosis and repair will fix the entire problem.
If the first diagnosis and repair does not fix the problem. We as a company will inform the client of the next possible solution as well as detailed pricing. Prior to moving on to the next solution payment for the current total will be required to continue.
We try very hard to keep all the proper job supplies and materials on our service vehicles, but there are so many products out there these days a vehicle can get overloaded quickly. The time it takes to go to a supply house is billable at half of our company labor rate.
Extended hours are available from 6 am - 8 am and 5 pm - 8 pm. No less than one full extended service hour will be applied to the total, regardless of job length.
If a job starts before 8 am or extends to after 5 PM. During those times the extended service rate will be billed. No less than one extended service rate hour will be applied to the total.
All credit and debit card payments will receive an additional 4% merchant processing fee applied to the service total.
If a date and time are set for an appointment and that appointment is rescheduled an additional fee will be added to the service total once the job is complete in the amount of $150.00.
If a date and time are set for an appointment and that appointment is cancelled the client will receive a $150.00 bill via mail.
If the price of an emergency task increases to a level that exceeds the customers budget, and the job is stopped by the customers choosing. We as a company will discontinue service regardless of the current status of the job at hand. The balance up to that point will be paid.
All phone calls, emails, and texts with clients are kept on file.
Technicians are expected take pictures and videos of all work completed as well as the job site and its surrounding areas before, during, and after services.
Interactions with clients in person are regularly video and audio recorded and kept on file.
